Yup, pretty funky.
Looks great with the black wood.![]()
very nice ... i like to have one of those too.
one more thing about the extra long bayo .... the spike bayo is already longer than the blade , any longer it will hit the mag when folded.

hard to believe that the frugal chinese would bother to make/design a new stock and new bayo for a handful of SKS.
the porportion of the bayo to the rifle in the pic is the same as my SKS, i think its the angle shot of the pic that makes it look longer .
The rifle is modified from previous honour guard rifle, barrel, gas tube and up hand guard are also extended. so there is no problem for a longer bayo.

Here's some SKS's we'll never see in Canada...the Romanian ones...![]()
This is the reason why you need a long guard rifle.

Like a toy, isn't it?
I doubt any of them made it up here, since as far I as know they were brought in by Century Arms, after they stopped selling in Canada. I have seen plenty of them in the US, on sites like Gungroker and others, for around $350-$450 depending on the condition. I would eagerly fork out $500 for one of those here, of course, if I could find one.I have read and been told that a few Romanian ones have entered Canada and the USA.

these honor guard rifle looks to me having 12" blade , same length as the regular spike.
