On my last online order I had purchased a bunch of first aid stuff and there was 1 item that had a broken seal. I emailed with pics asked for exchange and didn’t hear back, I assumed and understand it may have been due to it being relatively cheap item and the cost would have been too much for the shop to do the exchange(mail cost, etc). If I were to make an other order could you include the item?

Ok thanks Simon. I will do when I get home, it was quite while ago. The email was sent to that email on January 12. It’s very tiny hole lol, but the item is vacuumed packed so it lost vacuum. I usually wouldn’t hassle about packing but the need to be sterile, etc.

Orange cat 7 have arrived
The Canadian distributor is 12,000 cats back ordered
But we should have a few hundred arriving end of August.
Manufacturer is running about 150,200k back ordered right now. And that's only 1 of then 300 items they make.
Med supplies are in very short supply.
Even the Israelis are out of Israeli Bandages!!
