A synopsis of the info from the Beretta USA site, for both Mobilchoke barrels (0.723" bore) and Optima ( 0.733" bore) barrels. I would concur with all the "Optima" information - with exception of the "Red" ( so called - European Skeet) chokes I have, they both measure 0.730" - and are not "flared" or reverse tapered chokes as the Beretta website would suggest :

Beretta Mobil & Optima chokes marked "SP" are supposedly "Steel Proof", and it is recommended by Beretta that steel shot be used with SP marked chokes of Modified or less constriction. This also applies, they state,to the former Remington "Heavy Shot" ( & to Federal "Heavyweight" shot I would assume as well ! ).
