Hey boys - I just bought a sweet little 20 bore side-by-each with adjustable chokes. I am new to the 20 bore AND adjustable chokes. I was out at Beaverhill Clays the other day and I stunk the place out with my bad shooting. Questions:

1. What is the preferred set up for chokes for sporting clays? Full and Modified...? I love Beaverhill because it is truly a challenging course...but the walk through portion is truly rude. Whoever heard of shooting DOWN on the clays? I am not complaining, it is a hoot...but these guys are thinking WAY outside the box here!

2. How do I tell the difference between the chokes? My gun is from Yildiz and the only difference I can see is that the chokes differ in the number of notches in them. Is there a conventional standard? Will any 20 guage choke work in the Yildiz?

3. Who sells leather cases for broken down shotguns? I want one so I can bungee it on to my motorcycle in the summer when I go out to the club...

4. Reloaders...back in the day I recall MEC being a favourite...are there better ones today? I need to reload .410 and 20 guage and would prefer to do it on one machine if possible.

Your two bits are always appreciated.

The number of notches will equal the number of stars on this chart for each choke type.

Can't help you with the other questions coz I don't shoot Sporting Clays, and I don't know anything about Yildiz guns (never even seen one...).

Choke depends on target presentation. Closer shots u want more open choke. Cyl/improved or skeet. Farther shots mod or full will work. Mec is still a good press
