Well SKS ammo is plentiful, not just in surplus but in factory loadings too - Even Canadian Tire sells two different types (FMJ and Soft point) and some places even sell higher-end stuff like Fusion (I dunno if its any good, but its certainly more costly)

There is also factory ammo made for the Mosin/svt, but its not as common or as cheap.

That said, there are too many of either of these guns on the market for the ammo supply to dry up completely - even once all the MilSurp is gone, there will still be factories making both of these because they are both very common and very popular.
