So interesting thing happened to me while zeroing my Christensen Arms.
Rifle will jam horribly (have to mortar it)if:
I use a beowolf mag
I use a 45 round pinned to 5 round mag (default tavor mag)

Rifle will function properly with full cleaning after jams if using:
Lar mags
Caa atrs mags
C products defense mags
Pmags gen 3
Pri mags

Did you have to mortar it AFTER removing the Beowulf mag? Was the extracted round show any sign of deformation/damage?

Yep i removed the mag, then mortared it, yes the round shows a very good clear line 90 degrees halfway across the casing and its very obviously bent.

From what i can see, it seems the beowolf and the tavor mag sit just a tad too low, maybe one mm too low, causing the round not to slide cleanly on the feeding ramps.

Is it one of the polymer AA mags from Armtac or the "mag we cannot name here" ones? I know the front legs on the follower of the AA mags are all chopped off and the follower tends to cant forward. Not sure if this could be causing the issue. Knock on wood, I haven't had any problems with my AA mags 'cept one of them they broke the leg off the follower way too high so it doesn't lock the bolt back on empty. GRRRR!

Its the nameless mag. But the problems happen also with my huge tavor mag as well. Tolerances on this rifle though are extremely extremely tight, trying to run a good 500 rounds in it before checking anything just cleaning it every 100 rounds, just so that it loosens up just a bit then if the problems still occur i'll have to figure something out.
