This is the best group I got after a bit of tweeking. The rests are all under 1/2".

5 shots. The bottom one is a fouling shot.

These are groups from a $500 Savage 10 in 6.5CM, Cabella special, left to right... full length sized, then small shoulder bump, right neck sized only. Same brass loaded at the range between groups.
Only 100m though so nothing I consider impressive, was more an adventure in case sizing that day.
The bull is between 1/4 and 1/2" I never measured them to be honest, ain't big though.

But yeah, that was a kinda heavy barrel target sort of rifle not really ideal for comparison.
Here is a 1940's early 50's commercial HVA 98 originally chambered in 9.3x57 that a member here reamed out to 9.3x62 in his garage lol. He's pretty handy apparently, did a good job. $300 rifle that some Swede bubba'd up. Can't say it's fun to shoot 270gr at 2500fps with hard rubber recoil pad, but it shoots. I guess the point is if you load, majority of rifles can shoot tight, if I can't get a rifle, like any rifle to shoot like this it's sold.
