Any reviews on this rifle other than what I have found on line? Considering one in 280 ackley.

I have one in 7mm Mag. It is just as accurate as my semi custom 700’s. I literally have dropped three shots into 1 1/2” bullseyes at almost 500 yards with Factory Federal 165gr sierra GameKings. I have just made some test loads and can’t wait for the chance to go try them.

The balance of the rifle is what really shines for me. My semi custom rifles have always shot very well, but, they were heavyweights. Somewhat unbalanced and more difficult to fire offhanded. This rifle is a natural feeling rifle. Had heavy barrel performance in lightweight ergonomics. My total weight with an NXS 5.5-25 and the heavy steel rings with a Harris upfront is only 10lbs one ounce. But it’s balnced all back over the action between your hands.

All in all it’s my favourite rifle by far.

Buddy had one. Wickedly accurate. Great feeling rifle. Id have bought it if i had spare cash and not 3 rifles in the same caliber as his. Wonderful rifle.

Bought one in 22-250. Fit and finish wasn't bad, I was unimpressed overall for a $3200 gun. New owner seems to be very happy with it though.

I’m in the same boat and am seriously considering the Mesa in 280ai. The vast majority of feedback that I have found on this rifle is positive. Now I’m jonesing over the Mesa long range in 300wm.
