My Father is looking to buy a AKKAR Churchill 12-Gauge Pump Action Shotgun with the 12" barrel , bass pro has it listed under a Non Restricted , but when he made the 3 hour drive to bass pro they couldn't get a reference number ,they told him to contact the CFO and get back to them , he contacted the cfo and they said there was nothing wrong with his pal licenses and couldnt see a issue why he wouldnt get a reference number . he went to a local shop and got himself a 270 and never had a issue getting the number . would it be the SG itself since its a 12" barrel , with all the bans is this one that may have slipped through the cracks and forgot to be listed as restricted or banned ? hes also looking at the mossberg 590 but was more interested in the akkar as its unique
