I am the proud owner of a CIL 180 Anschutz. Its in pretty nice condition with the intermediate aperature sights.
I will take some pictures of it when i get a good day to do so. The trigger is set up single stage with a fairly light pull.
I would like to set it up with a long first stage and a short light second stage. After fidling around with it i have not been
able to make it any better than it came to me. I have looked for a manual but i have not found one with the same trigger.
I am even having trouble figuring out which screw does what. I have labled them in the picture below.
1. I gather is pull weight
2. ?
3. ?
Should i expect a nice two stage pull or is a light single stage probably the best i can do?
I took this picture before making any adjustments as a reference to go back to.

Other manuals state how to return the triggers back to factory spec but since i cant find a manual im not sure how to
do it. The only thing ive been able to do is increase the first stage but cant get a decent 2nd stage break.
Im using fired brass in the chamber so no i havent dry fired it a hundred times if your wondering.

Also do any of you know where to get replacement front site inserts?

Yes, Single stage only.

Screw 3 is the sear adjustment

2 works along with screw 1 for trigger pull wieght.
