Hi folks,
Been reading up on the magazine mods and it works but tempremental jams/failure to feed on one modded mag vs another.
Rounds jam nose up resting on the ramp and halfway into the chamber with the bolt smashing the casing half caught in the mag -I even shortned the rear lips on the mags so the rear of the round would release sooner from the mag for the bolt to catch and align it correctly. Works perfectly on one mag and not on the other.
There is apparently a 'hacksaw' mod ..? (maybe on a different forum): either way if anyone has suggestions to mod these 702/802 mags for function in a C.I.L 300 please let me know. Thank you in advance!!.
