Trying to find a manual for a CIL 621H, anyone know if any manuals survived?

Edit: So CIL only made their own ammo, they had Anchutz, Savage, and possibly others make the guns for them.
Savage support says they don't have any manuals from pre-1995, and that they gave them all to the Cody Firearms Museum.
