CIL Primers-old stuff-any value?

Not asking for a $$$ amount, but I just saw these listed somewhere and wonder if some folks collect these, along with old ammo, and if they will still go "bang". From what era are these?

Ganderite is certainly the expert on all things CIL, I'd only add that the no. 8-1/2 primers don't list .308 Win on the label, and the .308 came out in 1958 I believe. So '50's and not 60's.
 
Post WWII is most likely as.270 Winchester gained widespread popularity at that time. .308 Winchester was introduced in '52 and adopted by NATO in '54 (7.62x51)

Therefore, I'm guessing 1946 to 1952, give or take.

It seems strange to see product made in MONTREAL with NO FRENCH on the packaging...
