The problem with the original .30 is expensive hard to find ammo and 5 shot magazines. This version could be the answer.

Thanks to tula ammo, .30 carbine isn't that expensive, or hard to find, but 9mm is still cheaper, and limiting the .30carbine to 5rds is a sin.

If this rifle is well made(and not overly expensive), it's a win for sure.

Wouldn't be the first new manufactured m1 carbine, or a look alike, to be rebarreled for the canadian market.
