Citadel M1 9mm

find it odd that Canadian versions of the same usa guns only ever come with only one mag.
does the ever concern anyone else, we pay more but get less, well except for a 1/2 of barrel
 
Bought one!

Bought a chiappa M1-9 with a synthetic stock today at Calgary Shooting Centre on a bit of impulse.
Took it out to the range and put an initial 100 rounds through it. Good experience overall...proper range report to follow....;)

Watched his first 10 rounds seemed to function just fine, never saw the paper though :)
 
Well, for the ones that are still on the fence, I have the non-restricted auto-ordinance model. Except for the 5 round mag limitation it's a great gun. Shoots the Tula or Winchester white box amo fine, so it's not really that expensive to feed. I have shot it a lot, summer and winter, and as a rule it works just fine. Like the original ones, you get the occasional fail to feed but it takes only a second to deal with it, just use the loading lever. Probably one of my favorite guns overall.
