Well another new 825 has shown up at the club a max trap. Just shy of 10k out the door and it is pretty nice I will admit. Not that I would be pulling the cheque book out but Browning does have something going here.

I have an 825 Noir Trap on order that's supposed to be here in Sept. I also have a 725 Maple so I'm looking forward to seeing the difference in feel for myself. My Browning's have always been problem free and they feel as good in my hands as anything else!!

I compared a 825 sporting to a 825 field. Two totally different fits for me. The sporting did not fit at all. The field model seemed to fit way better that anything I have now.
I may pick one up.

My observation is well. The sporting version with a low set adjustable comb gets closer, but still different.
