Citori Lightning vs Satin Hunter

A good friend is in the market for a Citori, and we are wondering what the actual differences are between the Lightning, and the Satin Hunter. Not having a store close by,to compare them side by side, what are the differences, other than 3" chambers vs 3-1/2" chambers, the difference in the shape of the grip, and a suggested price difference of $300?

I talked to Clay this morning, with the intent on purchasing a Citori Lightning that he had listed, but it sold last week. Clay is great to deal with, but even he wasn't all that sure of the actual difference between these two models, other than the chamber length and difference in the shape of the grip.
