Clarification on "6.5 Norma"

Hey guys,

At the last gunshow I attended I bought a half box of shells (mostly because I like Norma boxes) and because I thought it a good chance to get some Norma brass for the 6.5x55 Swedish cheap. I just wanted to confirm that it's the same (looks the same) cartridge?


(I paid a little more than sticker price...but not a whole lot more)




I see here it says 6.5x55 so I'm assuming it's alright, but thought I'd ask. Better safe than sorry.

Cartridge designation should be stamped on the casehead.

according to the box it is 6.5 Swede
