Clarification

Have a RPAL. Bought my first handgun online. Received it in mail 6 days later.
I am thinking they transferred ownership to my name so it is now registered to me? Do I get some sort of paperwork that proves I own it?
From what I can gather from reading on this forum, I can not transport the firearm to the range until I get s new RPAL in the mail with AAT info because it is the first restricted gun?

Welcome to CGN. Waiting's the worst part. I feel your pain. I'm waiting for a transfer myself, from a private sale, which is always slower than one bought from a store.
