Does anyone know where I could find classic wood stocks for a Colt King Cobra (V frame)? I'm looking for repro's similar to the original Python stocks (I frame) with the Colt medallion if possible.

Like these:

Thanks!

Starpuss: Thanks for the offer, those are exactly what I'm looking for. Unfortunately OKCorral is correct, the Python was built on the "I" frame whereas the King Cobra was built on the "V" frame which is the same as the Anaconda and the Trooper Mark V (hence the frame designation as I recently discovered thanks to another board member).

OKCorral: Thanks! I'll check them out! I'm really set on getting stocks with the same Colt gold medallion to keep that original look.

Cheers guys....T

If you cannot find what you need....

gungrip.com has factory Colt medallions and is authorized by Colt to sell them.

OK:)

I looked at the website. Beautiful stocks! I did not see any options for Colt medallions on the website/order list though. Do I need to email/call them first and request them?

I've seen them before and since they put them on their grips...they must have them. Could e-mail them!
You might want to click on ''Rare collector grips'' they have one for your King Cobra.

Vintage Gun Grips has Colt grips repro and medallions too..but they will not sell them separately!
