On another note, I got my first ever Milsurps.com action bid (yay!). the M28 will definitely sell as the (low) reserve HAS been met. The potential for a really great deal exists on a few guns posted there now - not just on my stuff.

I will admit to being a total neophite in posting auctions on MSC, though the auction system has been up and running for a couple months now.

I hope more people give it a try It's free. NO SELLER FEES. NONE. NADDA. ZILCH. (no buyer fees either aside from what you owe for the stuff you buy).

We hope it catches on as an alternative for ppl who prefer the auction format, but until now have had to use other sites that charge money. There's also nothing wrong with the CGN Equipment Exchange, and I strongly recommend that venue as well.

Well, both items are going to sell so I'm one step closer to the brass ring

Actually, they are both selling CHEAP. (M28 Mosin and a really early Nagant revolver). The reserves are met, but I had 'em set really low.

Still trying to decide between the 38 and the 3008...
