When it comes to clay games, there's always a lot of lively talk about what to use, 12g or 20g/28g? what size shot? What choke? etc etc.
What is your favorite combo?
I have lately started shooting a lot of trap and skeet with my 391 Urika 20g, (although I will go back to my 12g Citori eventually
).
With the 20g, I use Fiocchi #8, 7/8 oz loads with IM choke.
I have also been trying the Clever "Mirage" T1 #8 loads.
I have been having so much fun with the 20g, that the 12g is taking a rest for much of this season.
With the 12g, I usually shoot Fiocchi # 7 1/2, (1 and 1/8 or 1 oz) loads with mod choke.
As far as shot speed goes, is that mostly a matter of preference, or is there some other advantage such as wind bucking, etc?
