Clay thrower smashes clays??? Help

I have an "Arial Assult" automatic clay thrower. It worked well for 2 years. It now breaks clays during launch. We looked it over and tried to determine what's going on but can't seem to pinpoint the problem. Has anyone else experienced this?

Have you tried checking the manual (troubleshooting section) or contacting the manufacturer?

This was our first thought so we went out & bought a brand new box with the same result.

Try and adjust where the clays are placed on the launcher arm.

If the spring tension is adjustable perhaps it is too high? If the part the clays sit in has a top to it, did it get bent together? Both of these issues I have seen on my brother's thrower, not sure of the make.

Thanks Peter... problem solved. It needed to extend the travel by adjusting the micro switch.
