Clays

It is very clean burning. You need to be careful when using it in 9mm because it is a very fast powder, pressures jump very quickly, not suited for heavy loads (not much room for error).

Used it 45 acp wasn't really happy with it . Love titegroup. Clays is hot ..and as posted above smells funny. I found it didn't meter well as it is a flake style powder.

I did use it in 38 specials. Holy crap were they accurate. With the 148 grain HBWC from Hornady clays was a tac driver. Light load of 2.1 grains. But still smelled funny.

4 grains of Clays under a 200 gr copper plated SWC @ 1.22 COAL makes a great target load for my Kimber. Smooth recoil and enough mojo to cycle with stock springs with no issues. Accuracy works well for me in Bullseye and PPC.
