clean 40S&W brass what powder?

Hey guys I bought a box of this Federal toxic-metal free primer ammo and once fired the inside of this brass is super clean, I think I noticed this on some winchester ammo to, just wondering if any of you guys had any of these results from your own reloading? Is it cause of the primers or more so the powers?

Reloads with VITAVOURY powders ( spelling sorry) that I have looked at have been very clean , but the powder is a bit more costly and sometimes harder to get. It depends how much you want clean loads

Speer .45GAP is the same way, you can see the bottoms of the cases and there's no soot or carbon. Looks like they spent a few hours in a tumbler. BTW, tumbling takes very little time!

Thought I was the only person out there that thought this.....
