CLEAN powder for 45ACP??

Other than VihtaVuori, which I can't get, what powder brands do you find cleanest burning. I'm loading 45 ACP and want to put the powder under a 185g JSWC bullet, (and make major).

If you aren't using a progressive, Universal Clays. If you are, Titegroup.

How about a clean powder for the 230 grn RN?

If you are careful, you can use Clays (it is a fast burning powder).

Dilemma.

I'm using ClayDot in 45acp with very good success. If I was to make major with it, I would switch to a heavier bullet, closer to 230 or a shade lighter.
Your issue brings up the old saw, on what to use? Heavy bullet, less powder, or light bullet, more powder? Both work but.....

I am looking for a cleaner powder then W231. It is a great powder, but dirty and I am getting down and will need to replace.

I use VVN320, it burns clean behind 230-grain bullets.

WST is very clean. I use it with the 200 and 230 gr.
