cleanest target/match ammo?

My wife is currently using Eley Target ammo, and is finding that it fouls her barrel badly. Are there any other choices in the same price range ($40 to $50 a brick) that burn cleaner?

I find that the Lapua ammo I shoot (Mostly superclub) is cleaner then the Eley i shoot, which is club extra.

I agree, Lapua seems cleaner though I wouldn't consider Eley dirty. PMC, Aguila, Winchester are dirty.
