I was wondering, how do you guys clean chambers? I keep on getting dirty necks on the brass, I usually wipe the chamber with a clean cloth after cleaning is complete... but it seems its not enough...

I use a brass brush. Larger than the one that I use for the bore.
As far as getting dirty necks you are probably getting some gas blow back.
Is it a bolt action or a semi ?
Either way I would not be concerned about it. Powder creates some residue when it burns. No big deal.

The neck area of your chamber will get cleaned when cleaning the bore.
For the chamber, I use a cotton shotgun swab, sprayed with some G-96 or whatever. Do it last to get out any bore cleaner or whatever that may have been left there.

Nylon bore brush with a patch wrapped around it. Sinclair action cleaning tool with the cotton rolls for the bolt rugs.
