What is the best way to clean the gas piston in a Browning 12 ga semi?Question might have been asked a thousand times but I thought once more will not hurt.Thanks.:)

BreakFree CLP. It thoroughly dissolves all that carbon and crud, you won't need to steel wool it or scrape it off. And in future, shoot the piston 'wet' with CLP and you'll never, ever have to do anything more than simply wipe it with a rag every couple of hundred rounds and relube. It's amazing stuff. Heck, you could just spray it into the dirty piston area and it'll clean it while you're shooting!

I finally found a can of that stuff. Works just like the man says. Tried it on my Rem 870, my Rem 1100 and my Beretta AL391. Even sprayed it on the piston/ring area. Shot them all wet, wiped them clean. All the carbon crap just wiped off. Sprayed a little more on. Done! (Why am I sounding like a commercial?)
