Cleaning supplies HK 45ct

Hi Everyone,

I am looking at what I need to clean a new HK 45c. Since I live in Toronto things are expensive and hard to find. I am just wondering if I am missing anything? Also is there anywhere with cheaper prices then the below?

You could probably skip the boresnake, phosphor brush, bronze brush and the jag.

I just use a nylon brush and when I use patches I just wrap the patch around the brush.

I would skip the boresnake and one of the bore brush types; you don't need both a nylon and a bronze brush. You don't need copper solvent for pistol barrels, either.

The other cost saving is in lubricants. Synthetic motor oil or ATF is fine for oil; automotive grease is good for sliding surfaces like slide rails. These can be purchased at a far lower unit cost than the gun-specific stuff.
