Cleaning up a stainless 686

These guns look Pimptastic!!!!:)

I'm reminded of Patton - Old Blood and Guts* - (who used ivory handgun grips) talking about Mother of Pearl handgun grips.

"...Only a New Orleans pimp..."

*Old Blood and Guts: "Our blood and his guts."

Mine is clean, except for the really baked-on powder marks near the cylinder gap. Will either of these products remove this stuff?
For that area I use a bit of FLITZ on a bronze bristle brush if just rubbing with the Never Dull doesn't get it all.

Will Flitz or Auto-Sol or any of the others mentioned work on a dull nickel finish?
Flitz and Autosol are abrasives and that's ok for stainless but try the NeverDull on the nickle as it's not abrasive and great for chrome (my old Impala loves it) and nickle plating.

My gun has an electroless nickel finish on it. Is this the same thing as nickel plating as I don't want to damage the finish on it ...just want to brighten it up.

I don't have direct knowledge on this but I'm sure another of us can advise.
