I had a few flats of the t1 mirage #8s delivered the other day. They are the 32gram 1 1/8oz loads. Shot a couple rounds of sporting clays with them. I think they are decent bang for the buck. Certainly on par with other budget target loads. Probably could have gone with the 1oz load though. Recoil is subjective, I know but these do seem to go off with a thump. Anyone else shooting them?

I was given a box at the Canadian Trap Championships two summers ago and finally got around to trying them last fall. Worked a-ok from my perspective. I was given the same load. A little more snap than the Kent light 8's I also tried. Good bang for the buck.

I ordered them from tenda. The shells are made in Italy, they are well known in many circles. Just not this side of the pond, I guess? I had never heard of them til the other day. Tenda had a sale on for $69 a flat.

I have been shooting them (1 ounce) for almost 10 years in British Columbia and the U.S. I swear by them. They have been very consistent and breaking clays at all distances. In tournament I will use Remington STS for the more distant/difficult targets. The T1 would probably do just as fine though.

I have never done the shot crush test with AA or T1 but I have shot both at longer distance and never found a difference in the way the clays broke. I can only say that I had more misfire with AA's than T1's

You to hey.

2 2/3 dr 1 1/8 light 8s AA around 3 years ago a number of flats had lots of poppers. Since then all has been good They are one of my favorite shells.

Would be interested in your shot crush findings.

Been using them exclusively for the last couple of years for all the clay sports. Find them clean, bores
cleaner than other brands, and have never had a fail to fire. Good ammo.!!!

Here is a simple crush test that we used for the Federal Gold medal demonstrations. A 1inch PVC tube 12 inches long. A steel plate 1 1/2 inches with a dimple to hold a pellet. A round 3/4 X 1/2 thick steel plug. Choose a load and place a pellet in the dimple. Drop the steel plug from the top of the tube. Compare the pellets
