clip conversion kits

I just order the Legacy Sport International kit from Division Mogul. There is also the Kwik Klip kit. I don't like the idea of possible rust in/on the magazine so the LSI kit was basically the only choice. Not sure when it's supposed to arrive, but I'll gladly post up some pictures and a review when I get it.

I'd strongly recommend staying away from the Legacy Sport Int'l conversion kits. If they are the same cheap plastic as the Howa-compatible kits sold by LSI, you are likely to be very disappointed. Especially in the strange mag release location and the quality of the $70 proprietary mags.

Instead, take a close look at Pacific Tool & Gauge's bottom metal and magazine conversion. They are very reasonably priced, are aluminum (no rust), use AICS-compatible PMags, and are precision-manufactured on CNC machinery. There are numerous styles to choose from:

i have 4 rifles that i would have to do and 3 are vls stocks which i do not want to touch at all so most likely will have to stay the way they are
also have a sps which would be the only one that i would consider altering seeing its synthetic

Tried one on an older Vanguard.
Clumsly and the big release lever was a constant pain.
Always waiting to hear the slight "click" that the mag was released.
Usually when rifle was shouldered or climbing thru brush.

Sorry for the delay....
The install went smoothly, absolutely no issues and no modifications needed.
The only small issue is with the magazine itself; it rubs the receiver slightly when I put the magazine in. (pic link below) Just need to tilt it slightly forward when putting it in.
I took it to the range that weekend and cycles great, no issues. I will be getting a 5-round magazine at some point.
