Anyone know of a decent range close by to Oakville/Burlington that I can practice my long range/precision shooting?

I would think that "off the top of my head" that Silverdale would be able to handle your request(Hwy 20 just outside Fonthill). They have a 200m range. You could travel to the "Cadillac" of ranges, East Elgin Sportsman Association, and use there 600m. There out London/Aylmer way

Thanks, Silverdale is about 50KM and Eat Elgin seams like 120KM away. Far, far away. It's closer to go to Berrie or so it seams.

I didn't realize ORA had their own range near Oakville/Burlington

They don't.
They use the DND range known as "Winona" (on lake Ontario near Stoney Creek)

I looked at the ORA, but... they don't shoot enough:D

The ORA uses DND Ranges in Borden, Winona, Kingston and Cedar Springs. If you shoot every event/practice available, you will have a very busy spring/summer and fall.
From what I understand Winona may be close all summer for construction.

Is there still a 147gr bullet weight restriction at Winona?

IIRC the rifle range at The Sportsmans Club Galt goes out to 400 yards.

To get there from Oakville/Burlington take the 403 to Hamilton. exit onto Hwy 6. Turn left onto Gore Rd (don't remember what sideroad it is). Once you go over some railway tracks the club is on your right. The drive should only take 30 minutes.

I can certainly live with 30 minutes, unless you drive 150 all the way there!

Do you know if that club has a URL or an e-mail address to find out how I can enroll as a member?

300yards/500yards/600yards=short range. 800yards/900yards/1000yards or 700m/800m & 900m=long range. I envy the shooters that only have to drive an hour for a long range event. For me Borden is at least 4 hours and Ottawa is 8 hours, but that's what you need to do if you want to shoot long range.
Borden and home can be done in one day(very long day).

FWIW I don't think I will be renewing my membership at Galt and will be joining Silverdale and BRRC if they ever let me in, or Target Sports if I want to shoot indoors.
