Cloth badge help needed

Fascismo comes from the Italian root Fascio, meaning the band that ties a bundle of sticks together (meaning strength in united numbers) so seeing the hand holding together arrows makes me think Fascist too.

Incidentally this was also a symbol of ancient Rome (The ancients were an inspiration for fascism - hence the revival of the Roman salute).
