CMMG .22 conversion kit questions

I posted this on the IRG forum but they are not responding so I am asking here and willing to go to another dealer with the answer.

I'm interested in a CMMG .22 conversion kits for the AR15.

Google and CMMG's site are not much help determining details of the difference.

One American retailer notes the finish of the UPC 815835017150 as Grey. Perhaps the mags?
Another American retailer notes the finish of the UPC 852005002370 as Black. Again the mags?

So there it is. Which one has black mags?

I plan to place an order Friday from what ever company gets back to me with an answer about the color.

I had one of the conversion kits that replaces the BCG a few years ago and found it was not very reliable unless it was very clean. It also doesn't work as well with a 9 or less twist barrel as a 22LR typically has a 1:16 ish twist.
I bought a dedicated Chiappa 22LR upper and although I haven't used it too much it seems to be much more reliable and accurate. I would go dedicated upper over the BCG replacement.
PM me if you want more details or want to try to talk me into selling to to you with my two black magazines. Too bad you moved out East or I'd just loan it to you for a while so you could see if you like it :)
