Hey guys,

I've seen several kits with the charging handle and a couple without -- do you need this? I know it's to prevent casing jams but would like to hear from actual users of there conversion kit

Is that a serious question? How do you charge the rifle without the charging handle? Yes it's necessary unless you like disassembling the firearm every time you have a misfire, misfeed or close the bolt on an empty chamber.

With a standard charging handle, occasionally an empty case will jam in the channel for the gas key.

The polymer cmmg handle does not have the channel and prevents this.

I ran mine thousands of rounds before getting one.

Gotcha, just wasn't sure if that was one of those things that happened every round, or so rarely that it didn't matter.
