I can't seem to find one on Canada for a fair price? There's one listed online (in Canada) but it's $100 more than the manufacturers site (plus shipping, plus tax!), and $110 more than the best price I found. Anyone know a good place to get one?

Oh and black dogs mags for this are now $10, but won't ship to Canada :(

Any ideas? I've been looking for a couple of days now.

229 is only 30$ more then what Brownells sells it for. So Its actually cheaper to buy up here.

And the Black dog mags are only 12$ more as well...

Whats the problem >?

The problem is questar didn't come up on any searches. The only canadian link that came up was ctcs, and then US distributors. Problem? Problem solved! No more problem!

(I was asking if there was a spot to find one, not complaining about one I had found for a good price)

That's actually a link for the alpha ($229), I'm looking for the bravo (much better reviews). It's there at $269, which is better than the $329 for sure... is that about the best price anyone has found? (sorry I should have specified the bravo).
?

Ahhhh...I didn't know I had to apply to the EE group, I thought "wow, not a lot of stuff being traded" lol. Waiting for approval :) (man I'm not very bright)

And yeah, $329 is a lot... That's getting real close to "total upper receiver" pricing. I like not bringing two ARs to the range though, so this thing seems like a really good option...

Seems like a good deal with the extra mags. I have to admit I've been looking at the NP22 too lol. I'll see if I can get in touch with him, thanks again!

There is also this one on the EE (Does not say if it is a Bravo):

Thanks guys. Anyone know if I have to wait for 'approval' before I try to make a deal? I'm still getting the hang of some of the nuances of this forum.

Just a note...appreciated the heads up. I grabbed the one that was online. We put about 1000 rounds through it on Sunday at the range. One thing I hadn't considered was because it's a .22, I could use my AR at the inside range. It was a bit of a hit as the range was busy, and everyone was checking out the "30 second conversion". :)

Loading 75 rounds of .22lr at a go is a bit of a chore, but a labour of love. Accuracy wasn't bad either. It shot consistently low and to the right, so it was a fairly easy adjustment in aim to get a fairly acceptable grouping. Highly recommended (but do get the stainless kit!).
