CMMG Evolution BHOA .22lr AR15 conversion questions

Hello, i've read lots of threads about the regular cmmg conversion kits. Has anyone had a chance to use the CMMG Evolution BHOA kit. Apparently unlike the regular kit, you can use the bolt release on your AR. I've also read the regular mags won't work, you need the BHOA mags. Just looking for a user report to try and determine if it's worth getting the BHOA instead of the regular kit.

IIRC the BHOA kit also includes an anti-jam charge handle.
I'm using the CMMG stainless BCG with Black Dog 25rnd mags and it simply works. Just use a non-Gas Buster type charge handle.
Being able to use the AR bolt release is not a big deal for me but being limited to using only BHOA mags is.
