CMMG stripped lower your thoughts?

CMMG AR lower on gunauction.ca any thoughts on these? good price and something different too. Questar brought a few in. Looks like a nice lower.

I have a CMMG upper that I think is pretty nice. 1/7 twist, 5.56 NATO marked barrel, I believe it is chrome lined chamber & bore. Came with a shrouded firing pin SA BCG (incorporates designs from the M16 FA BCG) though I run a FA BCG in it. My LMT upper is nicer but for that price I would say it will be a very decent lower.
