CMore Tactical red dot issue_ Elevation Screw not turning

Hi,
I got a CMore Tactical red dot and for some reason the elevation screw does not loosen. Need to bring the elevation down a couple turns as I am shooting too high.
I do not want to force the screw and it has been some time since I used this device. In the original box in the safe for 5 years.
Wondering if someone has had this issue. Help please.

Hey willm, I'm sure you checked if there is a set screw lock on that model. This is what I would do. First check the warranty, if its still good, I'd use a little more force (a little),if it breaks free and works you're golden. If it just breaks, well, thats why you checked the warranty. Or, just send it back & see what they say.

I'm assuming you're not maxed out on elevation adjustment.
