Colby Shooting Club Rules

Hello,

Is anyone here a member of the Colby Shooting Club? I see that the membership application notes that you must agree to the rules in the Colby Shooting Club Member’s Handbook, but that handbook is not available online. Does anyone know if it places any restrictions on targets? (e.g. some clubs disallow any targets resembling humans )

If you have the handbook handy, and it's not too lengthy, what rules are in it?

I took the Restricted Safety Course there, but I do not have a copy of the handbook. I do know that they don't allow human targets there though, but things like computers and monitors and stuff like that is ok.
