After picking up a used safe queen, Ive spent the better part of the night cleaning and oiling her to become more acquainted to what the last owner did to upgrade her, however now that she's clean I realize that there's very slight surface rust formed on top
, and that the previous owner must have tried to clean it with a soft abrasive, because when the bluing is oiled, one area appears shiny, with darker freckles... the rest of the gun is immaculate, so I certainly don't want to reblue the whole thing, but was wondering if anyone's had much success with bottled cold bluing as far as touch up's goes. Any suggestions?
