Color Case Hardening in Canada

I've been thinking about restoring an old Marlin, and would like to have some small parts case colored. Does anybody in Canada do this (for less than the price of my right nut)?

Only place I know of for sure is Doug turnbull and he's in the USA. Excellent work though...

Maybe pm Leeper (ie, Bill Leeper). If anyone would know, he would.

I've seen a few others stateside besides Turnbull, but would like to avoid the hassle of shipping across the border. I've been thinking about having a receiver done too, but I'd like to get some smaller parts (lever, buttplate) done first to see how they come out.

Henry doesn't do colour case hardening. He tryed some came out nice, others didn't so he gave it up.

Nice!, but a little overkill for smithing. Of course he may be using it for other things besides smithing.
