Colour case hardening contact?

I've heard that there's a fellow in Nova Scotia that does colour case hardening. His name is Oskar Kob. Does anybody have contact info for him? I'm wanting to get some parts colour case hardened and he's the only name that I've been able to come up with.

Got a blacksmith near you? Colour case hardening, real colour case hardening, is done with heat and bits of bone and/or leather.

There is a lot more to it than that. You are also looking at the use of heat shields and you have to worry about warping the work. There was an excellent pair of articles on the subject by Oscar Gaddy (now deceased) in the Double Gun Journal a number of years ago
