Hey all. So I took the Colt .22 out to the range and put 250 rounds each of Blazer and Remington Thunderbolts through it. The Blazers (40gr, 1235fps) had roughly a 10% fail to load/eject rate. The Tbolts (40gr, 1255fps) loaded, fired and ejected flawlessly. It initially appears that the Tbolts have a little more bang helping the blowback and ensuring proper cycles.

My father recently bought the standard Government Model. He had no issues with cycling. However, I think he only used high velocity ammunition after he saw how my Kimber Rimfire hick-upped on cheap .22 ammo.

You should post pics! I'd love to see the sight picture on it!
