Colt 1911 stock screw bushing pitch

Hello,

I have a Colt 1911 Commander with Aluminium frame. Last year i busted a stock screw bushing. I bought the replacement and i would like to know what is the pitch of the thread so i can pass once to assure the fit.

I don't know the pitch, but I believe they're supposed to be swaged in place once they've been fitted.

COLT standard stock bushings are .236"-60. SCREW's are.150"-50. If the BUSHING thread is buggered there is an oversized bushing that is available and it's thread is .255"-60 . A set of oversized bushings and a tap is $47.92 us from www.brownells.com or some of the advertizers at the top of the page may have these parts ,go to them first, but get a BROWNELL's catalog to know what is available.
