What's the point when the .308 Upper Receiver has proprietary Pin placement? It's not like you can just plop a standard DPMS-pattern .308 Upper onto that Lower - you must have an LE901 Upper, so why not just offer the complete rifle? Sure you can mount a standard .223 Upper onto the LE901 Lower using the Conversion Magwell, Buffer and Spring, but that is only exploiting half of the LE901's modular capability for calibre swapping.....
