Sell it and buy another one with a 6" barrel. It will be cheaper.
I believe that 6" Python barrels, which WERE much more common, are in the $300 to $400 range.
The other option is to weld a little bit onto it (106mm+) and sleeve the barrel, thereby making it Canadian legal.

Try Numrich Gun Parts in the US. They may have one, or a WTB on one of the Colt revolver boards. - dan
