A friend is looking for info on these estate firearms:

Colt 1851 Navy SN 28101
Webley Mark V?
Enfield mark ? 38/200?

Dont have much info at the moment but can get detailed pics later.

Don't the mkIIs have a different hammer? I was thinking mkI

No. The MKI can be easily spotted by the hump on the rear of the frame to gripstrap, such as this example;

A clearer pic of the right and left side will remove all doubt of this one. The blurry pic could be showing a right side cam, which could mean a MKII** upgrade or it being a MKIII. MKII** upgrades command a premium and are antique, very few MKIII qualify for antique status. Look for proofs on the left side of the frame on the flat above the trigger area, or on the left side topstrap of the barrel, should make a quick and positive ID of MKII or MKIII. For reference sake if it's been pieced together it may say MKII on the frame and MKIV on the barrel, then go by what the frame (aka the firearm) is proofed by.

I believe this is a Enfield. You'll have more luck with the Milsurp guys, although I'm sure that a few here can make a positive ID as well. It'll just be faster and perhaps even more accurate to nail it down in the milsurp section.

Good luck on your search :D.

The third revolver is an Enfield No. 2 Mk. 1*.

The Mk. 1* is more than just a bobbed hammer. It lacks a sear, meaning it can't be cocked. If you want to fire it in single action, you need to replace more than just the hammer.
